Miami, FL - Hotels Happily Jump into the Wine Business

February 06, 2020

Hotels and restaurants make more money on beverages than on food

With so many lodging choices, wine programs offer hotels another way to stand out. With margins being so tight, hotels and restaurants make more money on beverages than on food. Wine tourism has always been pretty big in Europe, but it's more of that growth in the United States.*
