Singapore is strong, stable and full of millionaires

A major exporter with a population of less than 5.8m people, Singapore has one of the highest GDPs per capita in the world, at $64,000. Annual domestic wine consumption is about 2 litres per person.

Amongst the top ten high potential countries, Singapore Wine sector ranked second on the Opportunity Score and was valued at US$1,266.5 million in 2018, making it a key market for wine manufacturers to target. The Singapore Wine market is strong, registering 5.7% CAGR for 2013-2018 and is predicted to increase to 7% by 2023. Singapore’s wine sector ranks third amongst the world’s top ten wine markets in US dollar terms in 2018.*
